The appointment calendar's prolonged load time may create confusion for users, suggesting potential issues with site functionality or disappointing those anticipating a quicker experience.

Hypothesis 🔎

What are our assumptions?

Incorporating a loading icon for the appointment area will clarify to users that our site is actively loading, preventing confusion with a blank screen.

Experiment 🧪

Propose a methodology to test the hypothesis.

• We’ll run 2 versions of the Checkout Appointment flow, default vs variant
• Content will remain the same, variant will have a loading icon
